2. Our grating with frame is made of high-quality ductile iron material. This material has high strength, with a tensile strength of more than 1000 MPa, and high plasticity and toughness, which can meet different road environments drainage works.
3. Our grating with frame can be with or without hinges, which can fully meet the needs of different customers. We can also configure internal sealing rings, fixing bolts and install anti-theft locks according to customer needs.
4. The design of grating with frame allows water to flow freely and maintain maximum drainage capacity. The water passing area is 1547cm², and the opening angle can be fully opened or ≥120°.
5. Our grating with frame can be selected according to different usage places and load requirements, such as:
Light type: Suitable for sidewalks, bicycle lanes and other places where light vehicles and pedestrians pass. The carrying capacity is about 20-30 tons.
Medium type: Suitable for medium-load places such as urban branch roads and parking lots, with a carrying capacity of about 30-50 tons.
Heavy duty: Suitable for urban arterial roads, highways and other places where heavy vehicles frequently pass, with a carrying capacity of about 50-70 tons.
