1. The internal coating material of Jintai's fusion bonded epoxy ductile iron pipe is epoxy resin fused powder coating. The main pipe needs to be preheated to 100-120ºC. The principle of high-voltage electrostatic corona electric field is used to create a metal guide on the head of the special pipe spray gun. The flow cup is connected to a high-voltage negative charge. At this time, the pipe and the operating equipment carrying the pipe are grounded to form a positive electrode, forming a strong electrostatic field between the pipe and the spray gun. When the spray gun is turned on, the carrier gas transports the powder from the powder supply device to the diversion cup of the spray gun through the powder conveying pipe. A dense charge is generated around it. The fine solid powder is negatively charged, and the positive and negative electrostatic forces attract each other. Under the action of compressed air, the sintered epoxy powder is evenly adsorbed on the inner wall of the pipe. With the operation of the spray gun telescopic device and the operation of the outer roller bracket of the pipe, the spraying operation is completed.
As the pipeline sprays and operates, the external heating equipment will continue to heat the sprayed pipe part to a temperature of 250-280°C. The heating temperature and heating time will be adjusted according to the operation of the pipe, after about 20 minutes. The powder on the inner wall of the pipe melts and solidifies into a uniform, continuous, flat and smooth coating film. According to the different needs of customers, the powder types and colors are different to form the final coating.
